At Ronco, we put emphasis on training. That's why we established a
Presentation & Training Center at each of our offices, where our
Sales Professionals
can demonstrate product and educate our clients. We also recommend in-house
training of employees and customers, along with certification on product and
technologies from our manufacturers.

We receive all system components first at our
Technology Fabrication Lab. Assembling, configuring and testing the systems as
they undergo "burn-in" and standardization procedures provides the additional
assurance of quality control in-house, rather than on the installation site. We
also use the lab to perform research and development on CTI and emerging
technologies in conjunction with
Professional Services.

In our Technical Remote Center, we assist customers and field
technicians with product information
and troubleshooting. In addition, we manage Remote Alarm
Monitoring of voice and data communications systems for our clients.
